About Maddy
Maddy is an experienced Clinical Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She provides psychological support to adults (18+) experiencing a range of mental health and life challenges.
Maddy has worked across both public and private mental health settings and brings a thoughtful, down-to-earth approach to therapy. She values building a strong therapeutic relationship and works collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, identify patterns, and work towards meaningful change.
Maddy has a particular interest in working with anxiety, perfectionism, stress, and adjustment to life transitions, and enjoys supporting people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or self-critical despite functioning well in many areas of life. She also has experience working with individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds and is mindful of the impact of culture, identity, and family expectations on mental health.
Maddy is committed to evidence-based practice and tailors therapy to each client’s goals, values, and needs. Her approach is compassionate, practical, and flexible, with a focus on helping clients build insight, resilience, and confidence in managing ongoing challenges.

Maddy is an AHPRA-registered Clinical Psychologist with postgraduate training in evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment.
