Maddy enjoys working with adults and young people navigating anxiety, perfectionism, stress, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds and understands the complexities of balancing identity, family expectations, and personal goals.

Maddy draws on evidence-based psychological therapies and tailors treatment to each individual. She aims to provide practical, compassionate support to help clients feel understood, empowered, and better equipped to manage life’s challenges.

Anxiety & Perfectionism in High Achieving Young People.

Our fees are below the recommended fee of $318 per 50 minute session by the APS.

  • $265 for a 50 minute appointment

  • With a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) you are entitled to a rebate of $145.25 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year

  • Appointments from 5pm weekdays, weekends, and public holidays will incur a $20 surcharge

Fees & Rebates

Sufficient notice for cancellations/reschedules helps us to offer your appointment time to someone else who may be waiting for support.

  • Please provide at least 2 days (48 hours notice) if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 to 48 hours of your appointment time will incur 50% of the appointment fee

  • Late cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or a failure to attend your appointment will incur the full appointment fee.

  • Please note that cancellation fees are not covered by Medicare.
